Speller Metcalfe – Finham Park School

Project:
Finham Park School – Coventry
Client:
Speller Metcalfe
System:
Greensteel™ hoarding
Details:

As part of the £5.1 million project to expand Finham Park School to facilitate more pupils and increase physical space, Speller Metcalfe chose Fast Fence to supply and install the necessary hoarding.

Fast Fence was proud to work on a project that would deliver tangible educational benefits to some of the best and brightest future leaders of the UK.

Fast Fence supplied and installed 176m of Greensteel sustainable hoarding, including a 2m vehicle gate and pedestrian gate to safely and securely manage site access. Safety was paramount as this project was being conducted during school term time. Dan Johnson, Fast Fence’s Contracts Manager designed the safe and efficient process for installing the sustainable hoarding:

“Working in a live school safety and segregation was key. The anti-climb fencing panels were used to secure the site whilst the solid hoarding was installed, then moved to its location on the back of the site once the front of the site was fully secure with the solid steel hoarding.”

Fast Fence is experienced in designing bespoke hoarding processes to meet unique site needs and ensuring that the hoarding installed exceeds the needs of the project.

The installation of both hoarding solutions went smoothly due to Fast Fence’s experienced and dedicated site personnel. Dave Sugden, Project Manager for Speller Metcalfes was impressed and provided very positive feedback.

“Site operatives were excellent – went above and beyond and very knowledgeable.”

Fast Fence invests heavily into both our workforce and solutions so that we continue to provide the very best hoarding available
